In light of the parties’ agreement on the progression of the case, and the Tribunal’s Directions Order of 22 August, the CMC previously listed for 26 September will no longer take place. The next step in the proceedings will now be receipt of Facebook’s response to the CPO Application, and any application for summary judgment and/or strike out of all or part of the proposed collective proceedings, by 4pm on 17 October 2022.
